Orange blossom water is produced by water distillation of flowers from the bitter orange tree. Flower petals are gently boiled in water, and the aromatic steam is captured and condensed to produce this delicately flavoured liquid. In Lebanon, it is used in numerous oriental pastries, in milk puddings, fruit salads and is also used as white coffee.
Terroirs du Liban's orange blossom water has a beautiful floral and citrus flavour which adds a delicate fragrant taste to bakes. It is handpicked and distilled in West Bekaa in a small farm highly committed to sustainability.
