Za'atar is the spice blend Palestinian kitchens are built around, and Hayati's Green Za'atar is the best version of it. The thyme comes from Jenin, Palestine, where it's harvested and dried at peak aroma. Noticeably more vibrant, more fragrant, and more alive than any other pre-packaged za'atar. It's blended with toasted sesame seeds, tangy sumac, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt from the Dead Sea.
