This is the most authentic version of Tunisia’s national condiment. Baklouti chillies are smoked over olive and eucalyptus wood, creating a deep, natural richness you won’t find anywhere else. Every batch is made the traditional way, using ingredients sourced directly from local farmers.

Use to level up tomato sauces, soups and stews, marinate everything (mix with yoghurt to soften the heat). Mix with olive oil to drizzle over eggs, pizza, or anything that needs a little kick.
